An excellent hotel in a prime position. Room was very comfortable. Only down side was the hot tub in the spa was not working. We would happily stay at this hotel again.

We had to change rooms on arrival as it wasn't suitable for 2 people - it was too small and was in the eaves so had to sloping sides which we both banged our heads on. We approached the Manager and he initially said that we would have to speak to you to change our room. After a bit of a battle he managed to change our room. If we booked through you again we would want to request a specific room so we don't have the same problem again.

Did not like the fact that if you didn't hire the ski equipment from the hotel you had to pay for storage. Also, they need to put a small waste bin in the main room as well as the bathroom. However, we are probably going to go back in 2016. On the plus side the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. Spa facilities were small but very nice. The hotel food was very good.

I do the reservations for my winter hollidays at Visit Bulgaria more than 5 years. So far everything is perfect. The only thing missing is the payment with card directly from WEB, as the traditional bank transfer is time demanding and produces additional costs for bank services.
