The shuttle service to the resort was poor. The frequency was far too limited and the vehicle size too small. This resulting in almost a fight every time the vehicle arrived and resulted in numerous people sitting without a seat belt on. This is illegal, and totally unsafe. The website advertised a regular shuttle service which is why we chose this hotel, but this was not the case. Until this is improved, I would not use or recommend this hotel again.

Unfortunatley the regular shuttle bus wasn't running every day or as regularly as it should as we were slightly out of season. The hotel staff did their best to help us but it should be made clear about this service as we might have picked a different hotel if we had all the information.
