'Albena' Resort to be Presented to Romanian Market

The north-eastern resort ‘Albena' will be presented in 18 of the biggest Romanian cities in order to attract more Romanian tourists, the resort vice-director ‘Sales' Sonia Stoycheva announced.
The Romanian market is the most dynamic developing one for the resort in the last 3 years.
In 2006 the ‘Pearl of Bulgarian Seaside' have been visited by 15, 000 Romanians, in 2007 by 30, 000 Romanian citizens and in the present year their growth is expected to leap with another 20-30%, Stoycheva added.
Romanian tourists have reserved already 1,800 hotel rooms in ‘Albena' resort for the upcoming holiday Easter.
Over 50 million BGN (25 million EUR) have been invested in reconstruction and modernization of the hotel base for the new tourism season in the complex.
The presentation of the resort in Romanian towns will include tasting of Bulgarian national food and lotteries with presents. The promotion will continue to the end of February.
