Regarding the Astera Hotel review: The PROs: Hotel was easy to find, it is very close to the Gondola station and the Pirin street with all the bars and mehanas. The front desk staff speak very good English, they were very helpful. The EUR currency exchange rate is very good at the hotel, prices were decent for the drinks at the bar. Breakfast and dinner were very good, we had enough variety for courses, deserts, etc. The SPA is excellent, very warm inside, a lot of space in the pools, multiple pools, even one heated outside, that was very nice. The CONs: The shuttle to the gondola was not frequent enough, it was 8:30, 9, 10, 11 in the morning, and similar intervals on the way back. The hotel was not very far from the Gondola, maybe 10 minutes in ski boots, but still not very comfortable to walk like that while carrying your skis and poles. The ski storage room was in another building than the hotel, so we had to walk about 50 m back and forth with the skis. The most annoying thing was that this room was locked and someone from near the reception would have to come and open it. That person was not paying attention at all, it happened 3 times that we came back with the shuttle, went to the ski room to find it locked, then walk back to the reception to ask them to open it, it's not very comfortable in ski boots after a day on the slopes. Tried to raise this with the front desk, but they kept saying that we should ask for the guy to open the door, so didn't quite get the customer service idea. Paid WiFi did not worked. Spa did not offer sleepers/robes,

Regarding 1st section, i would like more accurate information on what the hotel services are, for example the shuttle service to the Gondola is not very well defined. Also, i would like to see more reviews and feedback about the hotels, so you should encourage customers to speak up and say what they liked about a hotel and what they didn't like.

No romanian TV channel, no play room/space, at 10 pm when the lobby bar closes you don't have a place to stay with friends or play cards. It was a good holiday, nice people, good but not so diverse food, clean big apartments, pool & spa. Very good value for the money we have payed.
