It was our 4th visit to Bansco. We stayed twice at Emerald and once at Evergreen. This hotel proved to be rather disappointing: good facilities but indifferent and unprofessional staff,poor breakfast, lack of hot water...Next year in Bansco (may be)but not at this hotel
