A bit of trouble with The hotel booking but it was solved before we got to The hotel. We booked 2 rooms without balcony but these were given to other customers and face us as compensation 2 rooms with balcony.

i would like to inform you that we are very unpleasant with hotel and service. in room you can hearpeople from next room even when they just speak, ( no quiet, peace to rest ) , staff in hotel where unpolite and most of them do not speak english, food at dinner was awful ,at 1 jan they served us starters from the dinner for new year eve ( absolutely not acceptable ) in general this hotel is not 4 stars hotel in nothing. we ll write for this in booking.com , trip advisor , facebook , becouse it is unexceptable all this.

Fantastic booking service - however Hotel could not find the reservations and the female hotel manager is very rude and really is in the wrong job. The food at the hotel is repetative and always served luke warm. The spa facilities are superb and some of the staff are freindly but most quite miserable and will happily tell you that they do not like working there!!!! Walls paper thin you can hear next doors conversation. Do not hire skis from the hotel they are not serviced porpoerly and are dangerous, we hired some for the day and had to get them serviced on the mountain as they had no wax or edges and when we gave the guy the bill for that he just laughed at us and shrugged his shoulders - WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL FOR UK VISITORS, go to either the Sport or the Kemplinski, more expensive but much better.
