Madona Guest House

Location: MADONA Guest- House and Tavern is situated in the town of Belogradchik, 180 kilometers northwest from Sofia and 50 kilometers from Vidin. The altitude is 546 meters.

Accommodation: Guest house Madona offers two bedrooms, three double rooms and one triple room, provided with their own bathrooms, TV sets and Wi-Fi Internet.

Wine and dine: The interior of the tavern is in Bulgarian Revival style- wooden tables and chairs, tablecloths with typical Bulgarian embroidery, hunting trophies on the walls and an old-fashioned fireplace. There are 30 seats in the restaurant, arranged in 4 separate places and decorated in different colours. There are 20 additional seats in the garden during the summer season. It seems easy to forget reality relaxing there. The cuisine is typically Bulgarian with Torlak specialties characteristic for the region. The wine cellar offers a special selection of regional wines and brandies.

Sports and entertainment: You have the great opportunity to practice alternative, biking, hiking and cave tourism, hunting and fishing, sport, kayaking and white- water rafting. You can visit the Belogradchik rocks, the Kale fortress, Magura cave, Baba Vida fortress, as well as numerous monasteries in Northwest Bulgaria.
