On the day of St. George, 6th of May, the nice hosts of Wine and Spa Hotel Todoroff will tempt their guests with unique grilled lamp. This is a traditional Bulgarian dish for the St. George’s day, which is one the biggest holidays in Bulgaria.

On the 15th of May Wine and Spa Hotel Todoroff and the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts, Plovdiv organize Young Talents Evening. Chamber ensembles, folklore and classic performers will take part in the event.

22th of May is another day for the culinary mastery. The day is dedicated to the Italian national cuisine. Dishes will be cooked by the chef of Wine and Spa Hotel Todoroff and a visiting cook master from Italy. The event is organized with the cooperation of the Italian Ambassador in Bulgaria, Stefano Benazzo. The refined dishes will be combined with a special selection of Todoroff wines and Validus and Sanus Per Vini wines.

30th of may is the Holiday of the local traditional cuisine. Culinary masters from the region will take part in an original culinary duel. The guest will estimate their delicious art under the typical sounds and songs from Brestovitsa region. The event will take place from 11 AM to 3 PM.

Every weekend in May the guests of Wine and Spa Hotel Todoroff will have the opportunity to taste the piquant delicacy from the barbeque in the garden of the complex and a sparkling wine from the cellar. Tender knuckles and crunch crackling grilled piglets are just a part of the specialties of the chef.
