Devin will turno into the first certify ecotourism destination in Bulgaria

Devin spa and wellness resort in Bulgaria will turn into the first certify ecotourism destination in Bulgaria. Three of the top spa and balneo hotels in the resort - Ismena, Persenk and Devin together with the municipality signed the Charter for Sustainable SPA & Wellness destinations.
In 2011 the Charter initiators and experts from TIME Foundation and the Green Business Initiative worked with local hotel owners to reduce the consumption of water, energy and also to introduce efficient measures for water conservation and waste management.
The charter is the first step in transforming the town in the first sustainable eco destination in Bulgaria.
