Elenski Riton

Location: Hotel complex Elenski Riton is situated 14 km away from Elena, in the picturesque village of Sredni kolibi. It is built at 45 m above the sea level, 500 m.away from Yovkovtsi dam and 25 km.away from the old metropolitan town of Veliko Tarnovo. GPS Coordinates - 42° 55' N, 25° 44' E.

Accommodation: The complex consists of one three- storey building and 2 small two- storey houses, situated in a 3- decares yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there are a reception, a lobby bar and a restaurant with 50 seats. In the basement there are a tavern with 40 seats, a conference hall, a fitness center with the latest equipment, a small spa center- steam bath, a sauna, a jacuzzi and massage.
On every floor of the building there are 1 two- bedroom apartment, 2 rooms with 2 separate single beds each and 3 rooms with a bedroom suite and one sofa.

In each house there are 2 rooms with 2 separate beds each on the first floor and 2 rooms with a bedroom suite each on the second floor.
The hotel complex has 22 rooms, divided into 2 two- bedroom apartments, 8 rooms with 2 single beds each, 6 rooms with a big bedroom suite and a sofa each, 4 rooms with a bedroom suite, for 50 people.

Apartments consist of 2 rooms- 1 bedroom and 1 living room. In the living room there is upholstered furniture- an extension sofa for 2 people and 2 arm- chairs, 2 TV sets, a telephone, a table and an air- conditioner. Both room apartments have 2 big terraces /2.30- 9.00 m. each/ with an amazing view to the Balkan. There are two bathrooms and toilets- one in the bedroom, with a shower only, and another one in the living room- with a bath tub and a shower.

The hotel heating is solved by local central heating.
Wine & Dine: In the 50- seat hotel restaurant you can enjoy a rich variety of local and national specialties combined with selected drinks.
Meals are prepared of ecologically clean products from the local region- meat, milk, eggs, fruit and vegetables.
The cozy tavern with 40 seats, designed in a folk- style and with a fire- place, offers traditional Bulgarian cuisine and first- class selection of wines and rakis.
There are a summer garden attached to the complex, an open- air swimming pool with a children’ s section, an oven to roast whole animals, a barbecue and a guarded parking lot.

Spa and wellness: There is a functional and comfortable spa center in the hotel basement: a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a steam bath and a fitness hall.

Conference Hall: The conference hall of Elenski Riton hotel complex has 40 seats and is extremely suitable for the organization of business events, conferences, seminars and presentations. The hall is multi- functional and is suitable to hold events such as ‘lection hall’ as well as such as’ round table’, ‘П- shaped table’ or ‘seminar’, arranged to order.
The hall is well heated and has a fire- place.
It is equipped with a multi- media projector with a DVD player, a TV set, an audio system, a 180/ 200 cm. screen and a flip chart.
