Location: Located in the upper end of Popovci, only 5km. away from Gabrovo and 50 km. from the ancient capital-Veliko Tarnovo, the houses are a part of a region rich in history and culture.

Spread on 6500 sq.m. of land with a spectacular view to the Balkan, the estate is a luxury and exquisite country retreat. Relax and admire the unspoiled beauty of woods, winding country roads, rolling hills past the breathtaking views of the gorgeous Balkan! Enjoy the peace and serenity of a place where the only noise you hear is the melody of the bells of a passing herd or the distant crow of a rooster.

Comforts in the houses: All five houses are identical in architecture. Each of them features four inviting guestrooms on the first floor and on the second floor-a spacious open plan area with two log-burning fire-places, a quaint kitchen, an elegant lounge, a comfortable dining area and a large balcony with stunning views to the mountains.

The entry foyer enchants with its wall mural (of typical folklore motifs) and takes you to the four simply and exquisitely decorated bedrooms. The original wall mural in the guestrooms bring more colour and accent the lovely furniture. Enjoy the antique charm of the two master bedrooms, each with a private bath with walk-in shower and its own French doors opening to the garden and the swimming-pool. From your rooms admire the unspoiled beauty of the landscape!

The two twin bedrooms feature a bathroom with a soaking tub and are so comfortable that after a couple of days here you’ll feel completely renewed. Through your windows enjoy the view to the rocky formation- the winding wall. Internal staircase leads to the second floor where on an area of about 120 sq.m. you’ll find all the luxury and comfort you need for a perfect retreat.

The kitchen is fully equipped according to the highest requirements of today. At the same time, with its rustic appeal it is like something out of a fairy-tale and makes you wonder whether you are in grandma’s kitchen; beautifully arranged ceramic tiles give this quaint kitchen an unique feel.

The spacious dining area with solid table of natural wood and beautiful old chairs, nicely complements the kitchen. The cozy parlour features comfortable sleeper sofa, TV, SonyPlaystation,DVD player, and is the ideal spot to give you a glimpse of the divine view to the mountains.

Plenty of small windows let the sun in all day long; a couple of window seats decorated with brightly coloured cushions add to the authentic look of the place and tempt you to curl up and relax. From the high ceilings hang beautiful old chandeliers and their dim light creates romantic atmosphere.

You need a bit of seclusion? Relax on the rocking chairs by one of the two log-burning fire-places and enjoy the warmth of the fire, a nice read and a glass of old wine. On the whole nothing in the interior is too much, exaggerated or overdone. If it is to be described in a few words the whole atmosphere is simple and authentic and yet exquisite and luxurious.

The French doors open to a large porch with original rustic furniture and a hot tub. The view from here is awesome-as from a bird’s eye can be seen the smallest details-winding paths and rolling pastures, charming country houses scattered here and there as if perched on the hills and in the distance- the sumptuous Balkan. Few places can reward you with such a thrilling experience-to admire the incredible nature while soaking in the tub or enjoying a cup of aromatic afternoon tea!

The huge garden is terraced and beautifully arranged, with profusion of greenery. On the upper level are located the houses overlooking the rest of the garden. A couple of wooden steps take you to the lower part where you find an exquisite restaurant and next to it two swimming-pools(a big swimming pool plus a smaller one for children). Additionally, there is a children's playground. Elegant swing loungers and an alcove offer seclusion and privacy and nicely complement the exterior.
