When we checked in the Palm Beach Hotel I mentioned to the hotel that we need to leave early next day morning. The front desk had promised us that they would have breakfast boxes ready for us when we leave the next day. Howeer, when we left the hotel the next day no one at the front desk seems to know where our breakfast boxes were. We are very disappointed about the front desk's services.
