When we attempted to book in the receptionist claimed she had only received on of our bookings. I ahd made two over a period of a few weeks booking three separate rooms for four people. She claimed that she had not received the first booking for two separate rooms. She allocated us the rroms anyway and said she would take it up with Silky - I assume there was a communication / clerical mishap?
