The pools both indoor and outdoor was not open for use. The pools was one of the main reasons why we chose Europa Hotel in the first place so a bit of a dissapointment. The breakfast buffet was only open the first day, and it was poor and some of the fruit was bad. The staff was friendly enough, but that did not give us what we actualy had payed for. Not what we are used to at 4 stars hotels.
