Hissar Spa Resort Opens Summer Season 2007

Hisar offers year-round vacation opportunities but it attracts the largest number of tourists in the period between May and October, Focus news agency reported.
The town boasts its cultural, sports and eco tourism opportunities. Its renovated hotel complexes answering the requirements for high-quality tourism services, its green areas and cleanness attract increasing number of tourists each year.

The 2007 season will see the launch of three new spa hotels. A paintball course, motor-cycle track and motocross competitions feature among the resort's new attractions.

Another factor which positively influenced tourism in the region is the plans of property investors for new holiday facilities.

Hisar municipality focuses its attention on the monuments of culture dating back to the Roman and Thracian time. Culture Ministry already provided 30 000 leva for monuments preservation and renovation.
