Villa Ustra

Location: Villa "Ustra" is situated in the "Beli Brezi" (“Silver birches”) resort complex. It is in a mountain area about 30-35 km away from Karjali town and 7 km away from Ardino town.
“Beli Brezi” resort complex is a natural birch resort. The air in the complex contributes for the treatment of affections of the lung and asthma. The resort is the only natural growing birch wood in the Rodopi mountains and one of the most picturesque recesses in the Rodopi mountains.

Hotel Facilities: In the yard of the hotel there are a summer barbeque with a shelter and a parking lot.
Upon request of the guests an individual service – cook, server, live Rodopi music, ets. – is available. Delivery of home made traditional Rodopi food is available, too.

Room Facilities: Villa “Ustra” can meet up to 16 people. There are 3 apartments with 2 rooms in each. Each of the apartments has one room with a big bedroom and one twin room. Each of the apartments has its own bathroom, a central hot water, satellite TV and wireless internet. Also there is a separate triple room.
On the second floor of the villa there is a big living room with a fire place, satellite TV, radio and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. For your full pleasure in the villa there is a sauna.
