I found the person at the reception desk distant and not friendly at all. I am maybe wrong but I thought she might have prefered us to book directly from her instead of booking with visitbulgaria.net

Excellent hotel, don´t forget to try the restaurant. Go also to another restaurant called Magnolia that it is very near. In the hotel, you can buy products made of roses, much better than those sold in the Museum of Roses. Great stay!!

I would like to state that Tina who greeted me on my arrival was the most friendly and courteous person of the hotel staff. The following day I was truly disappointed when Tina's shift ended, as she was replaced by a woman who has absolutely no manners! I greeted her with a smile in the morning but all what I got was a dirty look throughout the day - I guess she must have a bad century!
I did not even bother trying to find out this woman's name as I did not want to interact with her in the slightest manner!
Please hire more people like Tina in future as I almost contacted the manager regarding this matter.
