The lecturer of old history in the History Department of Sofia University 'St. Kliment Ohridski' reader doctor Konstantin Boshnakov revealed two unique history discoveries.
He finished the first of its kind examination of signs of the Thracian Tomb of Kazanlak. He found out two unique signs: the first one says - ‘painted by Kodzimases' and the second - ‘Roigos, son of Sevt (III)'.

Until this moment the name of the Thracian Roigos was familiar only by the rare coins of this ruler. Before these discoveries the scientists supposed that he was insignificant ‘king' who used to govern in the III century B. CH. in the region between Strandja and Apolonia.

After his reveals, Bushnakov may now state that Roigos was not only a considerable Thracian king from the tome of the zenith of the Odrin's Kingdom in IV-III century B. CH, but also son of the founder of the capital Sevtopolis - Sevt III.

According to his words the so long infamous for the history of ancient art author Kodzimases deserves now full rights of world fame.

This sign is a work of genius, Boshnakov commented. It is unique that we posses with the author's name, he added.

The specialist also commented that entire support for such discoveries is quite insufficient. There is no policy about it.

Boshnakov stated that these reveals are with world meaning. The Thracian Tomb of Kazanluk presented interest to many historians round the world, but has remained unknown due to two facts - first because no one knew who was the ruler buried in the tomb and the second - who was the painter.

This answers put new page to the political and cultural history of Ancient Thrace.
