Bulgaria to open 2 new visa centers in Russia

The Bulgarian government will open two new visa application centers in Russia, in Omsk and Murmansk, announced the director of Bulgaria's Moscow consulate Angel Georgiev.

The move is motivated by the large interest of Russian tourists in travelling to Bulgaria, and will make the number of Bulgarian visa centers in Russia grow to 18.

Four new sand beaches to be registered in Bulgaria

Four new beaches were formed along the southern part of the Black sea in Bulgaria. The new sand beaches are located nearby Sozopol, Maslen nos cape nearby Sveti Vlas. Bourgas municipality is recording the new beaches in order to be given to concession.

One of the new beaches is located right between the resorts Sunny Beach and Saint Vlas. The ministry of the Regional development and public works will have to complete the procedure for mapping of the new beaches.

Vidin opens tourism season 2013

Vidin opens the tourist season in the region. The event will be held under the slogan “Travel destination in the Balkan triangle: Vidin – Negotin – Rayats, Serbia – Kalafat, Romania”.

The organizers presented a “tourism alley” including:
- Exhibition of traditional costumes and knit arts.
