Tripe Soup Promotes Bulgaria in Spain

Standart Daily, Boryana Dimitrova, 21 June 2007

Buscalo magazine commends Bulgarian beautiful resorts and cheap real estates.

"What culinary temptation could we sample in Bulgaria? Of course, tripe soup. This is a traditional dish, made of beef tripe, milk, red pepper, garlic and vinegar, the Bulgarians believe to be the best remedy for hangover. Don't miss the opportunity to taste the so-called kebapche (spicy grilled minced-meat rolls) and mlechna salata (thick yogurt with cucumbers dill and garlic,) Buscalo magazine writes.

This month the leading article of the edition is dedicated to Bulgaria - the Country of Roses.
"The country is known for being an attractive destination for real estate investors, for its beautiful resorts and inexpensive good quality services. The Bulgarian resorts are widely acclaimed as wonderful places for spending one's vacation where the sun shines for more than 300 hours in July and August. Apart from the beautiful Bulgarian seaside hotel complexes, the author recommends a walk in Strandzha mountain, where the tourists can enjoy the art of genuine fire dancers.

Inexpensive and tasty Bulgarian dishes are highly recommended in the Buscalo article.
"One can have a delicious dinner for euro 5,32 at a decent restaurant. The price of a pint of beer is about 60 euro cents and a bottle of good red wine stands at about 2.20 euro.

Apart from the possibilities for wonderful summer and winter vacations, the excursions to the picturesque Rila and Pirin mountains and the Valley of Roses, as well as the splendid conditions for spa tourism, Buscalo magazine offers ads for sale of real estates in Bulgaria.

A house with three bedrooms near the Varna airport sells for 103,000 euro. The price of an apartment in a three-storied block of flats near Albena resort situated some 500 meters away from the beach is sold at 69,000 euro.

For comparison, the prices of similar real estates along the Spanish seaside start from 350,000 euro. The Spaniards can buy inland real estates in Bulgaria for 7,000 euro or acquire a small country house in the mountains for exactly the same sum. A house situated some 18 kilometers away from the town of Dobrich (northern Bulgaria) is twice as expensive.
