Golf in Bulgaria – Twice Cheaper Than Abroad

According to Bulgarian golf players and members of the golf association, at the moment playing golf in Bulgaria is still twice cheaper than abroad.
A game at the Sofia playground “Ravno pole” is 50 BGN (25EUR)and the trolley rent is 20 BGN (10EUR).
In Greece those who are not members of the golf club on which playground they play, the game will cost then 70EUR and the trolley 20 EUR.
In Turkey, which has 100 playgrounds, to play on one of the best -the “National” playground, one has to pay 80 EUR.
The golf players in Bulgaria claimed that membership in a golf club on the Balkans is around 1200-1300 EUR per year.
An interesting fact is that most of the golf players are businessman.
