Bulgaria Suggests Common Attractive Image of the Black Sea Region

The Bulgarian representative put forward the idea for the creation of a single image of the Black Sea region as an attractive tourist destination, on a meeting of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), announced the Bulgarian State Tourism Agency.
The forum is taking place in Istanbul on 17 and 18 October 2007, under the chairmanship of Turkey.

During the meeting, items of common importance for all the member states are being discussed. These are the sustainable development of the tourism in every member state separately and in the region as a whole, the present condition and the future development of the ports, changes in the legislature concerning the maritime communications etc.

Armenia, Albania, Greece, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Russia and Turkey are the other countries, attending the forum.
