Bulgaria is in Top 10 of the most desired destinations in the world

For the first time in three years Bulgaria enters the Top 10 most desired destinations in Germany. GIATA – Hoteldatenbank Ranking arranged the destinations according to the vacations sold.
Bookings in more than 60 000 hotels and almost 200 000 tourism products sold by 75 of the most popular German tour operators were taken into consideration. This was announced by Manol Dimitrov, head of the tourism information centre of the council of the tourism investors in Frankfurt.
Bulgaria’s success is even pointed in a title in the FVW Magazine, which is the most prestigious magazine for international tourism in Germany: “Bulgaria sprints in Top 10”
Bulgaria managed to reach the prestigious 8th place this year. The rank is based on bookings for 2007 and 2008.
