Bulgarian and Foreign Tourists Prefer Mountain Tourism

In the last years was noticed the process of tourists' turn back to mountains. Bulgarian and foreign tourists prefer the beauty and the purity in there, stated Georgy Kiev, chairperson of ‘Kupena' tour association.
The most popular form of tourism is the family tourism. Young people visit chalets and mountain hotels because of the calmness and silence given by the mountain.
Bulgaria manages for now to protect clean its nature, which is main reason for attracting so many tourists in Bulgaria.
The reserves had proved their advantages. ‘Kupena' reserve is located 3 km far from the town of Peshtera (North-Western Rhodopes, South Bulgaria).
