440,000 Britons Visited Bulgaria in 2007
In the passed 2007 Bulgaria was visited by 440,000 British tourists, shared on Tuesday UK Ambassador to Bulgaria Steven Williams after meeting Varna mayor Kiril Yordanov.
He added that the British colony to Bulgaria is increasing all the time, but he has no concrete data for their exact number.
According to the diplomat they are about thousand.
Ambassador Williams added that many Britons only own properties in Bulgaria without of living permanently in Bulgaria.
The mayor of Bulgaria's sea capital reported that Steven Williams and he had discussed possibilities for partnership between Varna and common harbor city on UK.
