Wine & dine: The restaurant can welcome upto 50 guests and has a large terrace on 2 levels over the river which can seat additional 50 guests in a pleasant greenery-full atmosphere. Variety of gourmet specialties and traditional Bulgarian cuisine is prepared daily and a rich selection of beverages can be enjoyed along with it. In addition to the remarkable comfort and warmth created by the large fireplace, traditional roasted lamb can be prepared in it as well as oven-baked home-made bread.
