Staff very helpful but reception, restaurant, pool bar/snack bar appeared to be being run by just 2 people and was sometimes difficult to locate anyone. Waited for 20 minutes in restaurant before a member of staff appeared with a menu. Apart from this hotel and amenities and location excellent.
