The Plovdiv Fair Will Welcome Guests in a VIP Hotel

Thirty floor building will welcome guests of the Plovdiv fair from 2009, announced citybuild.bg.

It will be situates close to one of the entrances of the fair, next to the parking lot for 1000 cars, that can already be seen on “Bulgaria” blvd, commented the executive director of the company Mr. Georgi Gergov.

The super modern building will be erected on the site of the old 15th palate and will hosts a hotel, panorama restaurant, trade centre and conference centre.

Just a few metres away from the stands, the exhibitors will be able to relax in a luxurious atmosphere. They will be able to use spa services, catering and will be able to organize company events.
Mr. Georgi Gergov also said that the complex will offer complete service cycle.

The second palate that offered 2 decares exhibition space is already thrown down. On its place a brand new 12th palate will be constructed and it will offer 4500 square metres exhibition space.
Know how from German partners of the fairs will be used for the project, announced Mr Gergov.
