“Agra” International Agricultural Exhibition Opens in Plovdiv

The Bulgarian minister of agriculture Nihat Kabil will open today the International agricultural exhibition “Agra” in the Bulgarian town of Plovdiv.

762 companies from 39 countries take part in the event, informs radio Plovdiv.

Minister Kabil will attend a round table discussion “Agricultural policy – education, science, business”, organized by the Agrarian university in Plovdiv.

Biological agriculture and scientific research and technologies are among the main topics of “Agra” event.

The exhibition is expected to be opened among protests of the milk producers who claim a yearly subsidy of 10 cents for the sold milk.
