Price notes:
All prices are in Euro, per studio/apartment per night. NO MEAL INCLUDED. Guests of the hotel can use indoor swimming pools, Internet access and parking lot for free.

Supplements:
- Breakfast - 3 EURO per adult and 2 Euro per child (6-12 years old), per day;
- Dinner - 8 EURO per adult and 4.5 Euro per child (6-12 years old), per day;
- Christmas dinner: 24 Euro per adult per 13 Euro per child (6-12 years);
- New Year's Eve dinner: 54 Euro per adult per 30 Euro per child (6-12 years);
- Children up to 6 years old get free meal;
- Return transfer to the Gondola lift in Bansko - 3,60 Euro per person, per day.

If you are planning to cook your own food and use the cooking facilities (oven, hob, tins, pots and pans - in order to boil, fry or bake food) you must consider that there is an additional charge as follows:
studio: 3 Euro per day;
1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartment: 3 Euro per day;
2-bedroom chalet: 5 Euro per day.
3-bedroom chalet: 5 Euro per day.
This fee will cover the washing of these facilities as well as the kitchenware and is provided only on check out. The payment of this fee is obligatory.
If you are using only the plates, salad bowls, glasses, forks, knives and spoons, as well as the microwave and the tea/coffee facilities to heat up your food and drinks you will not be charged this additional fee.
Please also note that by default your chambermaid will not wash your cutlery used for food and drinks during your stay. Therefore we kindly ask you to wash your cutlery with detergent and sponge provided, and throw the unnecessary food in the bin inside the kitchen cupboards just under the sink.
We can provide everyday washing services at additional daily cost of 10 Euros. Please order at the reception desk!

The lighting of a fireplace and wood for 3 hours burning is a subject to additional charge of 10 Euro. You will be provided with a box of firewood for approx. 3 hours burning. A person from the hotel staff will assist you with starting the fire and will give you instructions against fire accidents.

Use of bathrobe: 1 Euro per day;
Use of tennis court: 10 Euro per hour;
Use of tennis racket: 3 Euro per hour;
Use of sauna in the chalets: 5 Euro for the first 2 hours and 3 Euro for each next hour.

Extras:
7=6 for arrivals during 01 April - 30 November 2013.

Early booking Winter 2013-2014:
- 15 % discount for all the reservations made and paid until 15 Sep 2013;
- 10 % discount for all the reservations made and paid until 15 Nov 2013.

Extras:
- 7=6, 10=8, 11=9, 14=11 during Low and Middle Season and 7=5 for arrivals after 01 March 2014.

Cancellation:
* Cancellations for bookings can be made, providing details of this are received at least 14 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 1 overnights accommodation.


Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival and will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering!

Any changes on reservations with Early booking discount will be considered as a new reservations!
