Hello,
Just two issues.
We try many time to change our twin bed room with one one bed room, they told us "come tomorrow" and we lost too much time in trying to change without any result.
I forgot some t-shirts and shirts when leaving my room. The hotel didn't call me about it. Two days after that, I went back to the hotel and they give me back all but one shirt missing.
Not so happy about ...
