Golf Course in Shabla

Shabla municipality and Oil and Gas E&P have established the joint venture Shabla Golf. Building of a new golf course between Shabla and the village of Tyulenovo, north-eastern Bulgaria, will start within the next five months, Shabla municipal council chair Svetla Atanassova said. Investments in the new project are to exceed 100 million leva. Shabla municipality will provide 135 ha of land as a contribution in kind into the new firm. The land is estimated at 3.8 million leva. Shabla municipality will hold a 35 per cent stake in the new joint venture. Oil & Gas EP will also donate 300 000 leva to the municipality and will build a wastewater treatment plant worth at least two million leva.
