Location: "Windy Hills" in vicinity to town Sliven is an excellent place for cultivation of high quality red sorts of grapes. Chateau "Windy Hills" is situated in the centre of the vineyard. The architectural style of the building gives the impression of coziness, tradition and style, behind which is hidden a modernly furnished wine production plant.
Accommodation: The four star hotel Windy Hills offers 11 cosy double rooms, where guests can enjoy a real relaxing vacation. All guests of the hotel and chateau can take advantage of an unforgettable walk with a proffectional guide, in the cellar, the attraction tower and etc.
Conditions for application of the most modern technologies for wine production are created in it. The technological equipment is made by leading Italian companies and conforms to all of the world requirements. The production cycle embraces all the technological operations from the initial processing of the grape up to the bottling and art design of the ready wines. The production quality management and control is accomplished by modernly equipped laboratory. Chateau "Windy Hills" is daily opened for visits. In the subterranean part of the cellar, where in oak casks are forming and aging the wines, is situated a hall for wine tasting. In the super-terrestrial part of the cellar is designed a restaurant with 60 seats, viewing to a wonderful panoramic scenery embracing the whole region.
