Sofia Gets Excess of INXS

Bulgarian fans of the hard rocking INXS were led to an excess of enthusiasm on Friday night when the band finally staged their debut show in Sofia.

The first surprise for the audience was J.D. Fortune's deep, captivating voice, because many people were a bit skeptical over his participation in INXS. But after the young Canadian opened his mouth and sang the first notes, the screaming audience just could not stop singing along with him.

The second surprise came when the concert started exactly on time and as people are used to wait to see their favourites were still lingering outside, when the walls of the hall started vibrating from the music.

The band raised the spirits with some of their best known songs from previous albums and young Fortune showed he can do as perfect in singing them as late Michael Huthcence. Exalted screams and stormy applause deafened the band when they played "Original Sin", "Devil Inside" and "Mystify" from their album "Kick".

The band in their full cast: Jon Farriss, Tim Farriss, J.D. Fortune, Kirk Pengilly, Garry Gary Beers and Andrew Farriss, presented also presented their latest studio album "Switch".

The atmosphere got heated when J.D. Fortune descended to the audience, but it got even more heated when took off his shirt and threw it in the audience.
