Bulgaria property co FairPlay opens new hotel in Sofia

New city hotel (Hill Hotel), near the Kempinski Hotel Zografski in Sofia opened.
FPI Hotels & Resorts, a unit of FPI, will manage the hotel 48-room Hill hotel which will apply for a four-star category rating. FPI said it plans to add more hotels in Sofia.
In Sofia, FPI Hotels & Resorts runs the five-star Arena Di Serdika, the four-star Crystal Palace hotel, Greenville hotel and Iztok and Bulgaria serviced apartment residences. The company also manages Santa Marina vacation village in Sozopol, on the Black Sea.
The FPI real estate investment trust will invest in a hotel and residential development in ski resort Panichishte. The land has been bought from the local municipality. The Complex will deliver around 350 apartments and 100 hotel rooms.
