The Scottish “Braemar” will Manage the Golf Course in Pravets

The Scottish company “Braemar golf developments” will manage the golf course in Parvets, which is part of the tourism complex “Pravets Golf and Spa”, this was announced by the manager of the investor company – “Terra Tours Service”, Lachezar Todorov. The complex is now in process of construction and is expected to start operating by the end of 2009 and the golf course will start operating in 2010.

Recently “Terra tour service” signed an agreement with the international hotel chain RIU to manage the hotel complex in the resort for a period of 5 years.

The project in Pravets is the first in Bulgaria, which will be managed by a Scottish company. The golf course is situated on a total area of 650 dka and offers 18 holes. “Braemar golf developments” is an international company, specialized in the management of golf complexes. The central office of the company is located in Scotland. The company manages projects in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Russia and Africa.

The complex is spread on 1000 dka and offers golf course, hotel, villas and open spaces. The total investment in the project will be over 70 million BGN.
