Andy Cato/Groove Armada Party in Sofia

News.bg, Diana Stoykova

Andy Cato of the legends of electronic music Groove Armada is coming for a party in Sofia's Yalta Club on October 24.
Groove Armada, creators of cult hits like "I See You Baby" and "Superstylin", formed in London during the 90s.

They started their own club, also called Groove Armada, after a 70's discotheque with Andy Cato playing house in the one hall and Tom Findlay mixing funk records in the other.

Their parties becoming major hit, the two started making plans for their own music.

They went into reclusion in a mountains hut for a couple of weeks and come back to the civilization with a recorded debut album, which is chosen for album of 1998 by several UK magazines.

Recently Groove Armada signed a global contract for the advertisements of Bacardi, released a double best-of mix record and turned their own festival Lovebox into a major event of London's music life.

Due to the incredible interest to the event, the tickets are almost over.
