The number of bio producers in Bulgaria doubles each year

The number of bio agriculture enterprises has doubled during the past year, announced the deputy minister of agriculture and food Svetlana Boyanova at the opening of the “Green days festival.”

The festival is taking place in front of the National Theatre “Ivan Vazov” in Sofia. For a second year in a row it is dedicated to the healthy way of living, the eco and rural tourism, as well as the responsibility towards nature. Tourism and bio products are exhibited at the festival.

Visitors are able to see nutrition additives based on organic sea weeds, eco cosmetics, vitamins, minerals and nutrition additives from the natural souses, bio and natural products, as well as medicine goods.
Tourism companies, nongovernmental organizations, parks and protected areas are also presented at the event.
