Sozopol Officially Opens the Summer Season on 06 June

The sea resort of Sozopol will start the season with a special programme and fireworks. For first time this year the resort will be visited by Spanish and French tourists. The official concert will be held at the old amphitheatre of Sozopol on June, 06.
The resort will be visited by 130 000 tourists, mainly from Germany, Scandinavia and Russia. About 40 % of the tourists will be Bulgarians.
Traditionally teh official opening of Nessebar will be marked by a rich cocktail party under fireworks. The start of the summer season will be also given on 06 June.T his year growth in the number of tourist, visiting Nessebar is estimated to 8-10 %.
