Ozkan-controlled Trimontium Princess Hotel AD bought the youth center in 2006 for 360,000 levs.

Ozkan has a 20-year lease for the second casino in the Romantica hotel that is under construction. Dnevnik learned that investment is seen at $8-10 mln.

Ozkan is a key player in Bulgaria's gambling industry. He owns casinos in Sofia's Princess and Rodina hotels. The Trimontium hotel in Plovdiv is also property of the Turkish businessman.
