Turkish tycoon mulls retail center, hotel for Svilengrad

Turkish businessman Sudi Ozkan plans to build a 5-star hotel in Svilengrad, South-eastern Bulgaria, to cater to the Turkish and Greek customers that will be visiting his casinos in the city., said an official from Princess, an Ozkan company that runs hotels in Sofia and Plovdiv. The company has already bought a land plot for the hotel in immediate proximity to Ozkan's just-opened Nimphes casino in Svilengrad. The Turkish businessman also plans to build a retail center in the city in partnership with a German company. The tab of the two projects is seen at 30 mln euro.
