The website didn't breakdown the differences in the classes of the rooms the hotel offered (standard, delux etc). This created difficulties in booking the correct room and did result in us moving rooms when we got there, however staff were very helpful and efficient in organising this.

The address and directions of the hotel were not given with the online booking or reservation details. It would have saved alot of concern and cost of international phone calls. However staff at the visit bulgaria booking line were able to promptly trace my booking and give me the telephone number of the hotel. Iwas then able to speak with the hotel reception who, despite limited English were very helpful and pleasant.
