Rumen Rashev: Cultural tourism become a national cause

“The Development of the cultural tourism became a national cause” said the mayor of Veliko Tarnovo, Rumen Rashev. The municipality of Veliko Tarnovo hosts the international tourism fair “Cultural tourism” for the fifth time. There are several new tourist attractions in the town. One of them is the new watching platform for the famous audio visual spectacle “Sound and Light” from “Tsarevets” fortress. Airplane tours above the town are the other tourist innovation in Veliko Tarnovo for this year.
Traditionally the program of the fair includes film festivals. The subject of the festival is the cultural tourism. 15 new movies will be presented. The movies are produced by private companies.
