Danube bridge 2 is almost ready
VisitBulgaria.NET, 26.03.2012
The construction works on the Danube bridge 2, connecting Vidin and Calafat are almost ready. The top construction of the bridge is almost connected. The last pillar was recently placed and the equipment has reached its marginal height. Protection elements are now being installed around the pillar to prevent from eventual incidents. The road and the junction to the railway overhead road are also being constructed.
The construction works will be personally inspected bu the prime minister of Bulgaria – Mr. Boyko Borisov.
