Excellent Conditions for Snow Sports on Vitosha

The snow cover on Vitosha Mountain is sufficient and perfect for winter sport activities just above Sofia. The ski centre announced that today “Vitoshko lale”, “Mecha polyana” and the “Green slope” ski pistes are perfectly maintained and will welcome skiers. Every evening from 06.30 PM – 10.00 PM night skiing is available on “Vitoshko Lale” slope in the resort.
Snowshoeing is also available this year in the Vitosha Mountain. It is another way to discover the beauty and tranquility of the mountain, walking even outside the marked trails. The snowshoeing allows you to enjoy the pure beauty of the mountain. You'll get used to them quickly and easily. It is not necessary to have prior experience or special training.
