Location: Lighthouse Golf Resort & SPA is located in the south-east of Balchik, in Tabiyata area, close to the edge of the cliffs.

Lighthouse Hotel: The hotel is part of the entertainment area of the resort. It features sea views and is in close proximity to the club house and road, leading to the sandy beaches. The 12th, 13th and 14th Green districts are in the immediate surroundings of the hotel, allowing the guests to be involved in the game and offering panoramic view of the golf course.

Green District: It is situated in the heart of the resort and is perfectly located for a stroll straight to the clubhouse and around the surrounding course. This district offers you the alternative of individual villas and front live golf apartments with magnificent sea view.

Lighthouse District: It is situated at the south-west side of the golf course and is built at the same edge of the cliff, so it reveals a magnificent sea view. Forest District: It is a combination of family villas and town houses, situated in the heart of a small forest in the west part of the Golf Course.
