1. We were on honeymoon and beds including quilts were single.
2. Staff hardly spoke any English... including people at bars.
3. In bars, they would not accept to charge bill to the Room.
4. Menus were almost all in Bulgarian and staff could not explain in English.
5. Receptionists, with the exception of one lady, did not give us information on where to go for excursions, how to go and distance .. this is basic expected stuff from a receptionist !!
6. Various other things ... as a suggestion ... people to know basic English and to try to help out ... we were there on holiday so we expected the best as we paid quite a lot of money. Thanks
