Americans and Canadians are the first tourists in Belogradchik

The first tourists who visited the town of Belogradchik this year are Americans and Canadians.
Four groups with more than 100 tourists will arrive in the town until the end of April. Tourists come to Vidin with boats through the Danube river and then take buses to reach Belogradchik.
The “town of rocks” has been visited by 220 000 people in 2010. Rising of interest was registered after the nomination of “The Belogradchik rocks” for one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. The winners will be announced in November 2011.
