Nearly 5 million EUR has been invested by private companies in Dryanovo municipality for infrastructure projects.
The biggest investment is made by a company, building vacation resort near the village of Gesha. More than half of the 100 houses in the area will be owned by Britains.

According to preliminary projections Bulgaria will attract four billion euro foreign direct investment in 2007.
In 2006 the country attracted the record-high level of 3.5 billion euro of foreign investment, InvestBulgaria Agency said.
A growth of 20 to 30 per cent is expected in 2007, head of the agency Stoyan Stalev told private national channel bTV.

In three years the coastal city of Varna is to have a new stadium and sports complex. The facility will meet all FIFA requirements for a football stadium, Focus Sport agency reported. The project was presented on February 7 in Varna’s municipality. The currently used city stadium will be torn down and the place will be used for the construction of the new facility.
