“Orpheus mysteries” Festival in Trigrad

This year the festival “Orpheus mysteries” will again gather people from all over. Traditionally the mysteries will take place during the last weekend of July. The event will be opened on Saturday with a traditional singing custom from Trigrad and celebrations in the centre of the village. At sunset all guests and residents of the village will be able to ovserve the unique fire custom. A torch manifest will descend to the “Dyavolsko garlo” (the devil’s throat) cave and will finish with an animal...

"Days of Yavorov" in Pomorie resort

The festival “Days of Yavorov” will be opened with an official ceremony in front of the monument of the poet in Pomorie tonight. The event will be preceded by the premier of the new book by Stefan Kolarov “Yavorov and Laura. The mystery of one distraction”.

A reciatle, theatre spectacles, exhibitions and poetic premiers are included in the program of the traditional Yavorov days in Pomorie, that will take place until 18th July 2009.

Karlovo Holidays

Karlovo town will celebrate its official holiday on 18th July. This year the town will mark 172 years since the birth of Vasil Levski – Bulgaria’s “Apostle of Freedom”.

Tourists form all over Bulgaria visit the site to pay tribute before the heroic deeds of the great son of Bulgaria – Vassil Levski. Karlovo municipal will surprise all guests and residents of the resort with rich cultural program.

Dance and drums show on the beach in Bourgas

Dance and drums show on the beach in Bourgas will be performed all summer long in Bourgas. The show will take place each Thursday between 8.30 PM – 10 PM. The last show will take place on 6th September. The events are supported by Bourgas municipal, the Ministry of culture and other associations.
